Shinki Chen was formed in 1970 by Shinki Chen and Ikuzo Orita, the president of Polydor records, and was one of the leading figures of the Japanese psychedelic rock scene in the early 70's, seen as a Jimi Hendrix type figure in Japan at the time.
This was their first release and another followed the same year with the band under the moniker Speed, Glue, and Shinki. If you haven't heared this, you're in for a treat. This shit is BAD ASS. Most definitely one of the heaviest lost psych masterworks. Chen is one of the most renown figures in Japanese psych history.
